About Me

I was born and raised in Manchester, the North of England. My parents are Jamaican, so this means so am I, yay! I have lived in Toronto, Canada for several years now. And, I am also very happy to also be Canadian. Like many people I know, I embrace all parts of my identity.

I love learning. I studied business & finance, economics & history as undergraduate studies in England and Toronto. I studied Information Science as my graduate degree. In recent years I studied Web Design, Social Media Marketing, and Communication at certificates. Plus, lots of other subjects like UX design and project management. 

One of the biggest things about me is that I love applying what I learn, which I get to do at my job. Lately, I have focused more on web design, so planning, creating and coding internet sites and web pages. I also get to review the user experience and solve design problems.

I am a natural strategist. I think this is a Mancunian thing. This quality has a component of wisdom, so I have the pleasure of mentoring people in the community, which is very rewarding.
